Cookie Policy
1. What this policy covers
This policy explains how PRIVATE ESTATE CLUB uses cookies and similar browser technologies. At launch, the website does not intentionally activate advertising, behavioural profiling, heatmaps, session recording or non-essential analytics.
2. Strictly necessary technologies
Essential technologies may be used to deliver and secure the website, operate Netlify Forms, prevent spam, remember your language or interface choices and store your cookie preferences. They are required for the service you request and cannot be disabled through the banner.
3. Analytics and marketing categories
The preference centre includes optional analytics and marketing categories so future integrations can be managed correctly. These categories are disabled by default and no corresponding script may run until you actively allow it. The current launch configuration does not intentionally include such tools.
4. Your choices
The cookie banner offers three clear options: Accept All, Reject Non-Essential and Cookie Preferences. Your choice is stored locally in your browser. You can reopen preferences by clearing the stored choice or through a future settings control made available on the site.
5. Third-party links
WhatsApp and other external links are ordinary links. Information is sent to the third party only when you choose to open the link. Their own privacy and cookie rules then apply.
6. Changes and contact
If analytics, marketing or embedded services are introduced, this policy and the consent controls will be updated before those tools are activated. Questions may be sent to hello@privateestateclub.com.
