1. Data controller
This website is presented under the PRIVATE ESTATE CLUB brand. The controller responsible for personal data is:
STARTWISE S.à r.l.
57, rue des Pommiers

Grand Duchy of Luxembourg
Email: hello@privateestateclub.com
2. Information we process
When you make a homeowner enquiry, we may process your name, contact details, preferred language and contact method, property location and characteristics, services requested, timing, message and any optional property details you provide.
When you submit a Work with Us application, we may process your identity and contact details, professional status, trade or company information, service category, operating areas, languages, experience, availability, references, certificates, CV or company profile, portfolio material and other information you choose to provide.
We may also process limited technical and security information, such as IP address, submission time and anti-spam logs, where necessary to deliver forms and protect the website.
3. Why we use the information
- To respond to enquiries and take steps requested before a possible service agreement.
- To assess property requirements, prepare proposals and manage professional communications.
- To review provider or employment applications and consider possible collaboration.
- To operate, secure and improve the website and forms, prevent misuse and comply with legal obligations.
The legal bases are primarily pre-contractual steps, our legitimate interests in managing genuine business enquiries and applications, and compliance with legal obligations. Consent is used only where a genuinely optional activity requires it. Form data is not automatically used for newsletters or marketing.
4. Recipients and service providers
Access is limited to authorised persons and providers needed to operate the website and communications. These may include Netlify for hosting, forms and spam prevention, and GoDaddy and Microsoft for professional email administration and Microsoft 365 services. Personal data is not sold.
5. International transfers
Some providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where this occurs, the transfer is governed by the safeguards described in the relevant provider agreements and privacy documentation, such as adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses.
6. Retention
Enquiries that do not lead to a client relationship are normally retained for no longer than 12 months after the last meaningful contact. Unsuccessful provider or employment applications are normally deleted or anonymised within 12 months after the last meaningful contact, unless a longer period is requested or legally required. Records connected with a contract may be kept for the period required by accounting, tax, legal or claims-management obligations.
7. Your rights
Subject to the GDPR and applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your data, object to processing based on legitimate interests and withdraw consent where consent is used. You may also lodge a complaint with the Luxembourg National Commission for Data Protection or another competent supervisory authority.
8. Cookies and preference storage
Our cookie banner stores your privacy choices in your browser. Essential technologies operate without consent where they are necessary. Analytics or marketing technologies, if introduced, remain blocked until you choose to allow them. See the Cookie Policy.
9. Security
Reasonable technical and organisational measures are used to protect submitted information. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
10. Contact and updates
Privacy questions and rights requests may be sent to hello@privateestateclub.com. This policy may be updated when services, providers or legal requirements change.
